and over 95% of our customers have had a full refund however there are still some tour operators and flight companies that still point blank refuse to answer to the law!
It wont be forgotton or forgiven, by us and by our clients, of that I am sure.
Meantime, the daily routine of demanding the refunds due to us goes on, so that we may return the same to you.
We are working our way through all emails that we can, keeping in mind that the office remains closed and the staff are still on furlough.
